If you have already disconnected your service, but still have your Comcast equipment, we will send you self-addressed, pre-paid boxes to return your equipment to us via UPS. Simply place the equipment in the box and take it to an authorized UPS shipping agent.

Start by completing the form below, and then an online chat agent will complete the process for you. Once your order has been submitted, the empty boxes should arrive within 3-5 business days.

This process is for customers who have already disconnected their service. If you have not yet disconnected your service but would like to, please call 1-800-COMCAST.

Digital Cable Service
Equipment: DCT 700Box measures approximately 6" W x 5" H x 1" D, and weighs about 3lbs.
Equipment: Scientific Atlanta, Motorola 2000, 2500, and HD or DVR Actual sizes and photos may vary. Equipment measures approximately 15" W x 11" H x 3" D, and weighs about 9lbs.
High-Speed Internet and/or Comcast Digital Voice service
Equipment: eMTA or Cable Modem
